Great Program

I have been using for months and I am very happy with it. It is very precise and I see all the shares interesting me.

A Good Portfolio Tracker

This app works mostly well. I do notice problems updating market indexes, so sometimes I have to restart. Other than that it performs well. It also works well with VoiceOver I feel glad to say.

Wonderful Quick & Easy Portfolio Tracker

This is the coolest, easiest portfolio tracker I’ve found. It’s easy to set up, easy to update and provides all the information I need on a minute to minute basis to see what’s happening in my portfolios. Great job!

mPortfolio

I am thrilled to find software to replace (pc) My Money program, and I am very pleased with the ease of entering information. Initially I entered 6 months of data (my pc crashed) and found the program very user friendly. For the most part I was able to enter information from the mPortfolio directions. When I had questions, I received a response in hours or by the next day. They are very supportive of their software and their responses were professional, helpful and prompt. This program is excellent for tracking our investment portfolios and I can see at a glance information that is not readiy available from statements. Great Product! This is a great price for this program. I would be willing to pay much more for an expanded version of mPortfolio. Thank you for GREAT ON LINE SUPPORT! Version 1.03 resolved issues I was having with the first two letters being dropped. I have been using mPortfolio since Feb. 2011 and have entered a ton of data and use track performance data. Would recommend!

Dissapointing and overpriced

I am very dissapointed with this application. Foolishly, I thought that cost=performance and in this case I was very wrong. The quotes do not update real-time, the charting options are rudimentary at best and overall this app provides significantly less useful information than apps that can be downloaded for free. A waste of money.

Not a true “Market Value” or “Total Gain"

I’ve had many a email exchange with the maker of this app. I do a lot of buying and selling of the same stock. Once I’ve sold a stock, then buy back in the Market Value is doubled (roughly) and the Total Gain & Total Return are not a true representation of the realized gain/loss . . . Not very useful to track your gains and/or losses.

Gotta Get the Basics Right

If the day’s return is positive in % terms and you have a dollar loss for the day, then something is wrong. This is a daily occurrence with the app including having the wrong % of loss or gain for a portfolio or a position even when it is on the correct side of green or red. I think it gets all its feed from Yahoo and leaving Yahoo was the reason I bought an app. Get it right!
